Room felt a bit cramped, especially the bathroom!!! The décor could use a modern touch as it seems stuck in the past. Just a little update would make a world of difference!!!

I loved my stay at Leamington House. The room had a stunning sea view, and the nautical decor felt really welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast included everything I wanted. They served a great full English and made sure I had all the coffee I could drink. Free parking was easy, right outside the door, which was a big plus. The beach was just a short walk away. On the downside, the garden needs some serious maintenance. It looked a bit neglected, and the chairs outside could be updated for comfort. I noticed the hot water was limited in the evenings, which could be inconvenient after a day out. Despite these issues, I found Leamington House clean and a cozy retreat.

A fantastic stay with a stunning sea view from the Double Room. The hotel is ideally located near the beach and local shops, making it perfect for families. The breakfast was fresh with a great selection, and the smart TV allowed us to unwind with Netflix in the evenings. The friendly and attentive staff, especially Paul during a minor first aid need, made the experience even better. My son is already asking to return!

The Standard Double Room offered a stunning sea view that enhanced the relaxing atmosphere throughout the stay. The room maintained a clean and comfortable vibe, perfect for unwinding after a long day.
The room felt a bit dated, with basic furnishings that may not meet everyone's taste. Access to the room required climbing three flights of stairs, making it a hassle for those with heavy luggage. The wardrobe lacked handles, complicating access, and the beds weren't the most comfortable, leaning slightly toward the edges.

Absolutely chuffed with our stay! The Mermaid Fish Bar was a treasure trove of fresh fish delights, and the cozy Pavilion Cafe served a mean cuppa. To top it off, we enjoyed a comfy room with a stunning sea view and a cracking full English breakfast that was just spot on. Sue was a gem, making sure we had everything we needed!

The hotel had a delightful location, just across from the beach, and Paul was a welcoming host. The full English breakfast was satisfying, though the wash basin in the room was a bit small. it was a pleasant stay, but a modern update would enhance the experience.

I enjoyed the stay and found the place clean. The double room offered a comfy seating area. The terrace provided a nice space to unwind. The owner was helpful, making the breakfast experience notable. I appreciated the tea and coffee makers in the room, which added to the comfort during my solo trip. it was a nice getaway, and I felt safe exploring the local area.
The garden area could use better maintenance. Some parts of the property looked tired and needed a fresh look. Limited hot water was an issue in the evenings, which was inconvenient.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our three-night stay, particularly the spacious family room that accommodated us well. While the breakfast could use more variety, the local café nearby serves excellent pastries. Pro tip, start your day early to explore the scenic walks in the area before the crowds arrive!
