On the downside, the garden needs some serious maintenance. It looked a bit neglected, and the chairs outside could be updated for comfort. I noticed the hot water was limited in the evenings, which could be inconvenient after a day out. Despite these issues, I found Leamington House clean and a cozy retreat.

A fantastic stay with a stunning sea view from the Double Room. The hotel is ideally located near the beach and local shops, making it perfect for families. The breakfast was fresh with a great selection, and the smart TV allowed us to unwind with Netflix in the evenings. The friendly and attentive staff, especially Paul during a minor first aid need, made the experience even better. My son is already asking to return!

Absolutely chuffed with our stay! The Mermaid Fish Bar was a treasure trove of fresh fish delights, and the cozy Pavilion Cafe served a mean cuppa.
